Information you give us

When you request an estimate or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, project details, property or service location, and photos or files you choose to upload. We use that information to review your request, contact you, prepare an estimate, and communicate about the work. Please do not upload sensitive personal documents through the estimate form.

Site operation and analytics

Wix hosts the site and provides the estimate form and connected business tools. Wix may process technical information needed to serve pages, protect the site, and deliver your submission. The existing Google Analytics connection is delivered through Wix and follows the site's Wix consent policy. If you allow analytics, we also load Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand visits and interactions. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our cookie policy for details.

Who handles the information

People working with Spot On may use your submission to respond to your project. Wix and any service providers needed to run the website or communicate with you may process information on our behalf. Their services have their own privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Keeping and updating information

We keep project inquiries and related communications as needed to respond, manage business records, and meet applicable obligations. To ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete an inquiry where possible, email spotondrywall2025@gmail.com. We will review the request and respond using the contact details you provide.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the site or its services change. The effective date above shows the current version. For privacy questions, contact Spot On Drywall & Paint at spotondrywall2025@gmail.com or (304) 203-3228.
